My flatmate and I are sadly leaving our amazing apartment, which is now up for grabs!

Where: Two minutes off Place Fernand Cocq, short walk to Louise, Châtelain, St. Boniface, Porte de Namur, Flagey, Place du Luxembourg, 15 mins to the institutions; quiet & peaceful street in an otherwise lively neighborhood with bars, restaurants, supermarket and other shops nearby; young and friendly people in the other apartments of the building.

What: Fully furnished just-renovated modern 2-bedroom flat, cozy and with a "design" feeling about it. Includes lounge, large lit terrace with table so you can eat outside, separate bathroom (with bathtub, washing machine and drier), fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, storing space), dining area, living room, basement storage space. The flat has double glazing, gas central heating, internet connection, landline phone, TV, iron etc…. Each of the two double bedrooms comprises a large double bed, desk, cupboards, tiled floor.

How much: Rent for the whole flat is 925 euro per month including charges (except electric & gas). One-year lease, deposit three months rent required.
