Asia's Songbird Marks 20th Anniversary Via '20'

Regine Velasquez is now in the middle of a storm of controversies but
Asia's Songbird is just keeping quiet and would rather talk about her
upcoming 20th anniversary concert on Oct. 13 and 14 at the
Araneta Coliseum titled "20."

"20" is a musical celebration of 20 years of excellent music
and monstrous hits from Regine Velasquez. "It's a journey of music,"
says Regine. "It's a concert for the fans who have been there for
me for 20 years. I will sing songs that are not only memorable to
me but also to my supporters. We are pulling all the stops for 20
and I'm really excited about this concert."

Regine is known in the concert circuit for her enthralling
performances. She makes sure she gives not only an aural but also
a visual treat to her audiences. "Every year, I challenge myself
to give a better and bigger concert for my fans. This is one way
of thanking them," she says.
