Here's a RVFan question: Why didn't Regine fight back against
the BIR like Judy Ann Santos is doing? Since we all know she
is innocent of those tax-evader charges. Regine like Judy Ann
was set-up by a relative of her ex-handlers and present media
publicist. Another question: Why isn't anyone at Aria Production
doign anything with any of the information being posted about
that BIR tax-evasion media sham? You wonder, don't you? >;-/

Actress Judy Ann Santos on Tuesday entered a not guilty plea in the
P1.3 million tax evasion case filed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue
(BIR) before the Court of Tax Appeals, DZMM reported.
Presiding judge Ernesto Acosta scheduled the pre-trial or the marking
of evidence on June 22 at 1:30 p.m.
Earlier, Santos's lawyer, Bonifacio Alentajan, inhibited himself from
the case after politicians and other personalities questioned his
style of defending the actress.
Her new lawyer, Remilio Michael Ancheta, accompanied Santos during
the entering of the plea.
Santos is accused of underdeclaring P6.7 million of her combined
income for the taxable year 2002.
