"Forever After" (Feb. 11) plot and sequence
Once upon a time, there lived two fairies - Reg (Regine Velasquez)
and Pog (Ogie Alcasid), in the kingdom of Amorata (Ai Ai delas
Alas).
They filled the place with love and laughter. They were separated
since Queen Amorata only wanted sorrow turning the land into a cold
and desolate place.
"Fantasy" - Reg, Pog with fairies (Hotlegs) flying all over
Both Reg and Pog felt that there was something missing in their
lives but they did not know who or what it was.
Somewhere medley ("Somewhere Over the Rainbow" /
"Somewhere Out There") -Reg and Pog
Reg decided to defy Queen Amorata, she started searching for love.
"Breakaway" - Reg
"Stand Up" - Reg
In another place, Pog was doing the same thing - searching for love.
OPM Bands medley ("Hanggang Kailan," "Naandito Lang Ako,"
"Hari ng Sablay," "Alleluia") - Pog
"Kahit Ika'y Panaginip Lang" - Pog
Pog got into a portal and found himself in the company of Reg.
He wondered where he was. Reg said they were in fairy land.
"Imagination" - Reg, Pog and fairies. At one point, Reg flew
to prove to Pog that she was a fairy.
Reg and Pog fell for each other.
kilometric love songs medley ("It Might Be You," "Can You Read
My Mind," "Fallen," "Believe," "You are So Beautiful,"
"Please Be Careful with My Heart," etc.)
Queen Amorata saw Reg and Pog getting close so she descended
from her palace to cause trouble for them.
"No More Tears (Enough is Enough)" - Queen Amorata
The queen was dumbfounded how easy it is for some people to fall
in love whereas she - a very beautiful lady (according to her only),
could not get a love.
"What Kind of Fool Am I" - Queen Amorata. When she was being
heckled, she would always shout, "huwag kayong makikialam,
ako ang reyna rito!"
When Reg and Pog were playing hide and seek, the queen took hold
of Pog and tried to seduce him.
"Don't Ya" - Queen Amorata
Black Eyed Peas medley - Queen Amorata and Pog
Reg saw the queen and Pog together, her heart sank.
"God, Give Me Strength" - Reg
"Kailangan Kita" / "Paalam Na" - Pog and Reg
Reg left Pog.
"Ikaw Lamang" - Pog
Pog was devastated, he asked for the help of his mentor-
Koriks (Rico J. Puno).
"Huling El Bimbo" - Koriks
Koriks thought that he could help by bringing Pog and Reg
at one place and talk to them at the same time.
"Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw" - Koriks
"Sa Kanya" - Reg
"The Way We Were" - Pog
"Magkasuyo Buong Gabi" - Reg, Pog and Koriks
Pog and Reg still did not get back together because of pride.
Koriks realized that he was the one to be blamed for all of it.
He broke Queen Amorata's heart before so the queen became bitter.
He went to the queen to ask for forgiveness.
novelty songs medley ("Macho Guwapito," "Halik," "Babae
Po Ako," "Don't Touch My Birdie," "Sasakyan Kita," etc.)
The queen would not budge. Reg came in to challenge her.
They chose to settle the fight through singing.
"Total Eclipse" - Queen Amorata and Reg. The queen followed
the song to the letter. She circled Reg everytime she sang
"turn around..." Reg tried her best not to laugh. The queen
stopped the song for it dawned on her that she would not
get a score if she just literally turn around. Then she was
given a chance to belt. She egged the band to make it higher
and higher to show Reg that she could go note for note with
her. However, she ended up sounding like a horse. When it
was already too high for her, Reg saved her so all she did
was recite the lyrics.
Acknowledging her defeat, the queen left in a hurry.
Reg serenaded Pog to win him back.
"Hold Me in Your Arms" - Reg
"More Than You'll Ever Know" - Pog
Reg and Pog get back together and they live happily ever after.
"Sa Piling Mo" - Reg and Pog
"Everlasting Love" - Reg and Pog

There will be a repeat of the show on March 11.
The novelty songs medley is the most off-colored medley
I have ever heard. Because of it, the concert should have
an R-18 stamp on its poster. For sure, it will be
edited in the t.v. presentation of this show.
