At first when I found out my nascar driver Bill Elliott was in semi-retirement and that Kasey was filling his legendary #9 car. I had no choice for him to be the next Bill (hoping at this point because the season hadn't began yet) He surprised the hell out me that's for sure. I think he's done an awesome job. It is my hope that this board will grow and become a place where fans of all ages can come to discuss Kasey and his racing. I too was skeptical of Kasey filling the #9 car. Being from Georgia it was hard to imagine "Wild Bill from Dawsonville" not in that car! But Kasey is off to an excellent start and I expect great things from him in the future. He may or may not ever be a legend like his predecessor, that is yet to be seen. But I am sure that his career will be full of excitement and it will be fun to watch him as he grows in the sport.
