Subject: Blood Sundae Vocalist departs
I'm not sure if this has been released yet by the members of the band but Blood Sundae's management (Ankha Productions) have decided that it is in the best interest of the band that i cease to continue as vocalist. A new vocalist is due to join soon. I found this information out just now and obviously very professionally via e-mail and thought that this should be made common knowledge.

it was never emilys ability that was in question, she was a great singer! and im sure she'll find another band and get where she wants to be with them, she just wasnt working for us anymore. and yes we will find a new singer and carry on, things in the future are bright, its a shame that we lost emily along the way but it couldnt be helped

...almost as much as unofficially releasing personal band information on a public site without fore-thought for band members...
A large part of professionalism is actually turning up to gigs you were booked to play at...
It's none of my business as I have no direct links with the band, but I think it's off...
- in case no-one else noticed, there were a highly motivated, highly talented bunch of musicians behind her, often being the organisational force with little to no credit given where it was due...
...I for one wish them every success...

shame. keep up the work anyway and dont let this completely destroy the band! ive only ever heard tears of blue glass song but really liked it. youve got good potential and when you get things sorted out in the band id be glad to see if i could interview the new line up 4 vibrations mag.

there is no defence, its not a war! whats happened has happened for many reasons, and those are between the band and the singer ands thats all there is too it, im sorry if anyone is offended that emily is no longer with us, and im sorry if u think we're gona give up because of that, we're not going to give up, and trust me it is a shame that emily is not still with us and everyone in the band feels that, but we will have a new singer shortly and will carry on our plans for world domination :)

Everyone who knows anything can see that Kat is Emily - but most people probably couldn't care less. This thread coming up to the top every now and again must be embarrassing for the band - but even more so for Emily. Especially as everyone knows how many times she acted like an arse and let the band down big time. All credit to the rest of the band for keeping it polite, but, at the end of the day, Emily making a fool of herself over and over doesn't reflect on you lot. Just don't bother replying.

You know, people come together and seperate all the time, many bands have had line-up changes and survived. many have even come back stronger, think of AC/DC and many others.
hey, that's an idea how about getting a male vocalist with a sqeaky voice? that would go down a treat!
