Hi, I am an Ex-High tech guy who got in to real estate because it saved my investment portfolio. I have been a real estate investor in Seattle since 1999. I am now a real estate agent in Seattle for the last 2 years. My clients and I are interested in real estate on the west coast. We are looking to create a forum for serious real estate investor, buyers, sellers on the west coast. We think we can provide signficant value by finding real estate deals in local areas by hooking up with people who find properties and find buyers either.

We think this could be our own deal finder forum. To kick start, I will provide a free real estate investment tool to people who join this forum.

So people post your real estate needs, and I can start connecting buyers and sellers of real estate not only in seattle or the West Coast.

Hey, i just moved to CA from Bellevue,WA .....i am a bird dog for realtors (I am college student who refers investors to my partner and get a referral fee)....I have a real estate investment opportunity in Palm Springs....

The property is called The Marquis Villas and it is located in downtown Palm Springs California.

It has 62 condo units in a high profile hotel downtown next to a very swanky hotel, a few blocks from the indian casino and the convention center and few blocks from where the proposed new Hard Rock Casino hotel will be. These units are 900+ square foot well thought out condo units with large master bedroom and big fireplaces, dining room area and large full kitchens. This property is always operating pretty close to capcity and is mainly used as a timeshare,this is one of the cleanest most well thought out and well managed properties in downtown Palm Springs .

There are two options here on this fantastic downtown Real Estate investment buying opportunity:

#1 If you are buying individual units we are selling the interior units for $350,000 each with $20,000 back going to an immediate remodeling of the unit (and believe me they are so nice inside they dont need this, but a new flat screen TV, carpet and kitchen and bedroom updating will make it worth more) you will want this in the long run for re-sale. So $350,000 each with $20,000 back for remodel and a check at closing to you for $35,000 to cover the first years rent and mortgage payments for you, that's $55,000 total back to you at closing and you could sell it the following year if you like , or sell it right away if you like whatever you want to do. It's $365,000 for poolview units. OR!

#2 You can entertain buying out all 62 units completely from us in which case we will offer a considerable discount by a million or so when buying in bulk. These units, the property, the management and location are an absolute homerun for the savy investor!
