Ray skin out the ear just like you normally would being very careful,once you have it skinned you can hide glue the ear liner to the cartledge in the ear.

When you get the ear liner in there pull the edges of the cut together and staple the earliner in on both side of the cut that way by the time you paint the ear it should be hard to tell.Follow?
If you staple all along each side of the cut length wise it should close up your cut.Post a pick if you can or send me a close up pic and I will post it ok.Larry
