I tuck in the following order. Front of the top lip then the two corners of the mouth. Back to the front and work my way back to each corner. then repeat the same steps on the bottom lip. I do suggest you pin the lips in place when they are drying. I pin through the top lip grabing about a 1/4in of the lip and push up into the form. I put a pin about every 1/2in or so. When the mount is dry pull all the pins you can see. Hope this helps
