It is pretty obvious that the Turbo-combinations can hook and run good on a Drag Radial.

Tire size limit will only slow down the whole class. the ET difference between the Turo-combo and the nitrous combo will remain the same unless some limits are put on the Turbo-size.

Take a look at the http://www.sscaoutlaw.com Outlaw real street class. They have cars running 5.45 @ 130+ MPH on a 26.0/10.0 slick with a "4150 carburteor and a plate system only rule",. So therefore a same size tire rule will not help parity.

The EFI/Turbo combinations need to be limited to a 76-82-max MM turbo. A 88mm is way to big because I have seen a 88mm Turbo Mustang run 8.20's @ 170 MPH on stock suspension @3350lbs. Here is a link to the car that does it with a 88 MM Turbo.
