Subject: When would the rules for 2005 be released?

With all the post about what rules could be changed, anyone have any idea when we could expect to see a final draft? Whatever the rules changes might be, it's not going to make everyone happy. We all want the rules to lean to our favor, whatever the combo might be.
I'm not saying that we want a class designed around a particular set-up, but we would all like to have an advantage of some short. So the powers that be have a tough task at hand. I would like to see a level paying field. Of cousre there is always going to be a couple of racers out there that have a handle on things a little better than the rest.
That's from hard work or smart thinking and making our combo work. I understand the issues about a car running EZ that could win in L/S. But he did go out in the first round.
Granted it was to a redlight, but that's why we race the race and don't decide who won from qualifying. i can't fault BB&T, that things flying. Ran really well in Orlando, until he had more then the track would allow.
Folks, we all want to race and have fun. Let's just have a level field of play and enjoy ourselves.

My 2 cents,
John
