香港で最も困るのは水漏れでしょう。特にトイレ用の水には海水を使用していることが多いので、パイプの老朽化が早く、レバー、バル ブ等の部品交換、修理で直る場合は問題ないのですが、水圧、配管等構造上の問題がある場合は、大工事が必要なため自分で負担するのは大変。

一般的な賃貸契約には室内のパイプの見える部分はテナント負担で維持、壁の中か室外のパイプは家主負担という文章が入っています。いきなり天井から水がし み込んできた等の時には、家主に至急連絡する必要があります。もし家主に無視された場合は下記の通りの対応をお勧めします
