By assuming people doesn't know what 吹脹 originates from, you are also admitting that these days it mean something else. It refers to your feeling when reading other opinions for more than 30 years now, not the acts you and your wife do in bedroom anymore. If you don't like it, you can complaint to CRTC, don't pretent to be the Language Police (only Quebec has them).
Funny you accuse people as 洋奴, ha, this is not your grandpa's generation anymore. You are insulting all Chinese Canadians (ones who mastered English language) who works equally, and very often managing many English & French Canadians. Perhaps you are the real 洋奴 deep in your heart.
