Subject: Bank recommendation

Hi there!

I am moving over to Brussels on Sunday for the Commission stage and have to open a bank account. Can someone please recommend a good one or advise on any of the options. Thanks.
Also, what is the best phone company for a mobile phone? Is there any options available to use a mobile to ring the UK cheaply (eg a phone-card, etc.) or to have the UK ring the mobile?
