Subject: A great studio suitable for a couple, in Ixelles, available 1st of March

A modern, light and quiet studio of 55 m², fully furnished, including sofas, table, wardrobe, microwave, pots and pans, double-bed, television, wireless ADSL modem, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and much more. There is access to washing machine. The studio is not really suitable for flat-sharing as there is only one bedroom, but is perfect for a couple.

Located in Ixelles at 50 metres from a very big Delhaize supermarket, at walking distance to Porte de Namur, Place Flagey and the European Institutions, on the 5th floor (there is an elevator), ensuring quiet and peace. Public transport options include trams 81, 82, 93 and 94 and busses 38, 54, 60 and 71. The studio is equipped with an emergency staircase and a broadband connection is available (to be paid separately).

The landlord is a friendly, young and very helpful person who has dealt with all our questions and requests quickly and efficiently.
