Subject: Room available in Schuman area

I am looking for a flatmate (female) to share two bedroom flat with me (Czech speaking EN, FR). I am offering a big furnished room (15m2)-available now (and preferably for a longer period-6 months or more).

The room is in a recetly renovated flat near CEE area (5-min walk from Schuman square).
The flat is 90m2, completely furnished: big living-dining, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), nice big bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, dressing room with a washing machine. Internet connection, cable TV.
The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, couple of shelves, ratan armchair, night table.

The rent is 400EUR/month + charges 100EUR/month.
