Subject: room to rent

Hi!

My flatmate will be leaving her room end of February...
It's a nice big furnished room in a duplex with all commodities you may need, located in Forest and very well connected to EU area (30 min.) and town centre (10 min.)

Supermarket in the same street(also open on Sunday's!).
Laundry around the corner but possibility to use washing machine and dryer for an extra charge. Internet-fax-copy-phone shop at the street corner.

Rent: 370 €/month all included.

Availability: from 1st of March to end of April or Mid-May 2006. Possibility to extend the contract if you move with us (around Mid-May 2006) to our new-build house (rent: 400 €/month or 200 € if some baby-sittings).
