Subject: Room offer

Hi!

My flatmate will be leaving her room at the end of February...
It's a nice big furnished room in a duplex (130 sqm!) with all commodities you may need, located in Forest and very well connected to EU area (30 min.) and town centre (10 min.)

Supermarket in the same street(also open on Sunday's!).
Laundry around the corner but possibility to use washing machine for an extra charge. Internet-fax-copy-phone shop at the street corner.

For info, I'm almost all of the time at my fiancé's place so you would have the whole flat for your own ;-)

Rent: 370 €/month all included.
Availability: from 1st of March to August/September 2006.

I should leave my room around mid-May 2006 so the basement(= 2 rooms + shower and toilet) should be free at this time (contract possible until the owner comes back from South Africa, +/- September 2006).
