Subject: Nice furnished room to rent from 1st of March to... + possibility 2nd room, free in May-June 2006

Hi!

My flatmate will be leaving her room at the end of February...
It's a nice big furnished room with double bed in a duplex (130 sqm!) with all commodities you may need (dishwash, TV, video, courtyard,...), located in Forest and very well connected to EU area (30 min.) and town centre (10 min.) with the public transport (bus, tram, metro in "Gare du Midi).

Supermarket "AD Delhaize" in the same street(also open on Sunday's!). "Lidl" (cheap supermarket): 7 min. walk.
Laundry around the corner but possibility to use washing machine in the flat for an extra charge. Internet-fax-copy-phone shop at the street corner.

As I'm 6 days a week (sometimes 7!) at my fiancé's place you would have the whole flat for your own ;-)

Rent: 390 €/month all included.
Deposit: 1 month.
Availability: from 1st of March to December 2006.

I should leave my own room around mid-May 2006 so the basement(= 2 rooms + shower and toilet) should be free at this time (contract possible until the owner comes back from South Africa, +/- December 2006).
