Subject: Looking for appartment/duplex from end of March

Hi
I am looking for aa appartment (1 bedroom) or duplex, recently renovated, from the end of March to the end of 2006. Preferably in Ixelles, Etterbeek or Saint-Gilles, furnished, washing machine and easy parking for max 600 EUR all included.
