I am looking for a nice, friendly, non-smoking flatmate (girl) to share a spacious 2-bedroom flat situated at Square Wiser - near the EU institutions, 3 minute walk to Schuman

The flat was recently renovated, it has a huge living, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom with a tube, 2 storage rooms and cave. It is equipped with all mod cons (frigde,freezer,microwave,toaster,dish-washer,washing maschine).
The room of approx.16m2 has: double-bed, big wardrobe, night table with lamp, bookshelves, ratan armchair
Rent: 500 EUR all charges included (water,electricity,cable TV,wireless broadband internet)
One month guarantee required
Minimun stay - 3 months - the longer the better:)
