At 100m there is a tram stop, bringing you 3 stops further to metro stop Simonis, from where you can reach all EC institutions and the center of Brussels in 10 minutes. Total Travel time (including walking) to Schuman is approx. 25 minutes
Across the street and around the corner: supermarket, bakery, drugstore, nightshop, ATM.
Kitchen and bathroom are cleaned weekly by cleaning lady
Fully renovated in 2005.
Price: 330 € per month, all included (heating, water, internet), deposit one month. TV-set available at 15€/month extra
