Subject: Room to let Schuman (21 April-8 May)

SCHUMAN AREA (Berlaymont)

I will be travelling overseas and would like to sublet my room between 21 April - 8 May, preferably to a non-smoker.

The room is 22sqm and very bright (two windows). It has a double bed (linen and pillow provided), a desk, a closet, and a dresser. The apartment is very nice (newly renovated, with washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed wireless Internet etc) and has to be shared with 2 female young professionals.

Location: just off Berlaymont (Rue Stevin, between Place Jean Monnet and Place du Cinquantenaire).

The rent is ALL INCLUDED:

1 week: 180 euros
2 weeks: 320 euros
third week: 20 euros/day

Alternative solutions might be found depending on the case.
