Subject: Looking for a roommate, Montgomery area

I am a 29 y.o. man and am looking for someone (M/F) to share a very nice apartment, located just in front of the Metro station Josephine-Charlotte (3 stops from Rond Point Schuman: beautiful and quiet residential area, about 100 metres from Montgoméry).
The apartment (2nd floor) is unfurnished and newly renovated. It has two bedrooms (around 16 sq metres each), one bathroom, one toilet, an equipped new kitchen, a large living room, a storage room and a cave. There is parquet everywhere (apart from the kitchen and bathroom/toilet). A washing machine and a fridge are also included. The individual rent is 350 euros/month, plus 60 euros/month as “provision des charges”, which include: maintenance of common spaces, lift, hot water, cold water, heating. Gas and electricity are to be paid separately by the tenants.
The contract (bail) is for three years, starting from September. It is possible to leave at any time before, provided that the tenant finds adequate replacement.
The ideal person would be a young professional aged between 26 and 34, non-smoker, who plans to stay in Brussels for at least one year.
