FOR RENT

Roof apartment/loft for rent in Rue de Dublin 23, Matonge near Place de Londres, Place Boniface and Place Luxembourg. 10 minutes walk to Schuman, 5 minutes walk to metro station Trône or Porte de Namur. It is really a pity that I have to leave this apartment as I have to go back to the Netherlands. I really enjoyed the spacious cool apartment and the lively Mantonge area. Very good vibes. Lots of light and space. Big sunny terrace. Not noisy at all. One bedroom mezzanine. Everything renovated with lovely kitchen area. 670 euro plus charges (total approximately 750 euro). Available as of now. I've lived there for almost 2 years (1 December 2003) and if you rent it you can take over my contract which is also attractive.
