Subject: Room to let in a shared apartment – Schuman area

A furnished attic room is available in a shared duplex located 100 metres away from Rond Point Schuman and 50 metres from the Parc du Cinquantenaire.

The apartment is on the top floor and newly renovated. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub and a toilet, a second separate toilet, a fully equipped new kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two fridges, etc), a living room, a laundry room, a balcony, and a cellar. The other two tenants are a 26 y.o. Hungarian female and a 29 y.o. Italian male.

The rent is 350 euros/month, plus water, gas, electricity to be shared with the other two tenants, depending on consumption. We are also thinking of installing wireless Internet connection.

The ideal person would be a young professional (M/F) aged between 24 and 34, non-smoker, easy-going, who plans to stay in Brussels for at least five months.
