Our house is very central, 5 minutes walk from 2 subway stops (Arts Loi or Madou + bus and tram also nearby), with many shops around open all night long.

We have all mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, microwave, VCR, DVD, Wireless internet etc), all the furniture you might need, a garden and a terrace, and an extra bedroom for guests. A cleaning lady helps us keeping the place tidy. Plus the house was recently renovated. We are three to leave in it, looking for a fourth one.

The room available is 18 m2, light, and comes with a huge cupboard + chest of drawers + nearly new bed. You get to share your bathroom with only one other person.

The rent is 467.75 euros, and charges amount to +/- 70 euros a month.

If you are looking for a place to call home for longer than 6 months, if you want a cool, modern and large three floors house -with garden and terrace-, if you want to get involved in keeping the house a nice place to live and if you want to combine sharing with comfort and quiet, then you will like the place!

If on top of it you are open minded and easy going, reliable, non-smoking and gay friendly, then you might well be our ideal candidate.
