Subject: STUDIO FOR RENT-10-15min walk from Schuman

Hello,
I am renting now a studio on the 23rd floor (32sq.m)
the studio of course has a lift ;-)
there is also a 24h porter and cameras all over. you can rent a garage under the building
the studio has a single bed but there is a couch which can also serve for sleeping
there is a laundry with a drying machines in front of the builing
the studio is equiped with a TV and central heating
it is quite warm there
it is very bright studio with balcony.
a rent is 425 euro/month
in the same builidng you can also find a supermarket open every day till 8pm (except Sunday)( very iportant in Brussels)
and a postoffice.
there are pelnty of little shops, cafes, resturants till very late every day.
it is close to the Schuman Centre 10-15 min walk (next to Place Marie Louise and Saint Jose) and close to Maelbeck 10min walk.
i would like to find something closer to Merode or Montgomery, where my DG is located, therefore i am looking for a different room and would like to rent the one i have now.
