Subject: Room available near Schuman

A big furnished room available (immediately) - for a FEMALE.

The room is in a recetly renovated flat near CEE area (5-min walk from Schuman square).
The flat is 90m2, completely furnished: big living-dining (sofa, TV, table, chairs), kitchen with all mod-cons (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), nice big bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, dressing room with a washing machine. Internet connection will be installed ASAP.
The room has a bed, big wardrobe, table de nuit, armchair - plenty of space.

The appartement to be shared with me - Czech girl speaking CZ, EN, FR.

The rent is 400EUR + charges.
