APARTMENT FOR RENT

Bright spacious modern 3rd floor apartment to rent in Rue de Lausanne in haute St Gilles (see attached map for location), available 1 September 2005.

DETAILS:
* Approx. 90 square meters
* Parking space in building's underground garage included
* Living room (28m sq.. One side is all glass so there is lots of light. Working fireplace.
* 3 bedrooms (13m sq, 9 m sq, 9 m sq). One room can easily be used as an office.
* Terrace (off living room)
* Bathroom (5 m sq, bath with shower, WC, sink, heated towel rack)
* Second WC
* Kitchen (glass top cooker, grill/oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). Space for washing machine (possibility to purchase washing machine at good price!)
* Central heating
* Lots of storage space
* Storeroom on ground floor (2 x 3 x 4m)

There is some furniture that will be sold (shelves, tables, bedroom closets, washing machine), but if you are interested we can make a deal.

Apartment has wooden floors (tiles in kitchen and bathroom) and white walls throughout. Also the owner will repaint the walls in the during August. Building has lift and a concierge, very useful when people are coming to fix things or read meters. Nice neighbours.

AREA:
Apartment is 5 minutes walk from Avenue Louise and Place St�phanie, 2 minutes from Chaus�e de Charleroi. Delhaize nearby (Rue Dejonker), close to GB on Place St�phanie (which is open Sundays until 8). Several nice restaurants/bars in neighbourhood.

* Tram Louise/St�phanie (91,92,93,94) - 5 mins walk; Faider (93,94) - 2 mins walk; Jansson (81,82) - 5 mins walk

RENT:
I currently pay EUR 710 rent plus charges (approx. EUR 100).

The reason that the apartment is available is because I am leaving Brussels. The landlord is very friendly and takes care of any problems immediately.

L'appartement est situ� � 5 mn de l'avenue Louise et de la place St�phanie, 2 mn de la Chauss�e de Charleroi, pas loin d'un Delhaize (rue Dejonker), et du GB de la place St�phanie (ouvert le dimanche jusqu'� 20 heures). Bons restaurants dans le voisinage.

LOYER:

Je quitte mon appartement imm�diatement car je dois quitter Bruxelles pour des raisons professionnelles. Le propri�taire est tr�s sympa et intervient imm�diatement en cas de probl�me.
