3rooms fully furnished for stagiaires. 2 very big at the second floor, with wodden floor.In a residential area. Kitchen fully equiped. Bathroom with shower on the second floor with separate wc. (to be shared between 3(girls)renters.
Near several stations of metro: MERODE,MONGOMERY, DIAMANT, JOSEPHINE-CHARLOTTE, GEORGES-HENRI; 3stations of bus : 28-27-80.line 23-90; 12 express and 21.

Washing machines at proximity and shops with internet,at 1,5 €/hour.shop ALDI,DELHAIZE. sportive centrum.

Condition : girls alone and no smoking and quite.
photos on ask; contrat of short period.garantie;
450 € all charges included in the second floor.
TV in each room.
