I must leave my room and am looking for a replacement! As of May/June.
Very near EU institutions, a 1 minute walk from the Parc du Cinquantenaire.
300 euro rent includes: Room, bathroom for your exclusive use, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer (a plus in Brussels!), high speed internet and all charges included.
If you decide you want use of the kitchen, with absolutely ALL appliances then it is 50 euros extra.
