Subject: Furnished room available (as of June 15th) with good connection to EU-institutions

It is located in Koekelberg (near the basilique) but offers a very good connection to EU-institutions (Schuman, Arts-Loi). At 100m there is a tram stop, bringing you 3 stops further to metro stop Simonis, from where you can reach all EC institutions in 10 minutes.

The room is on the 2nd floor, there are three rooms in total.
There is a shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Also a kitchen with fridge, cooker, oven, micro wave,coffee machine, table+chairs, cupboards. Large south oriented window with view on the garden. Suburban and quiet.
Available rooms (nr. 3) is 4 by 4 m, is furnished with bed+matrass, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookcase.
Internet connection (wireless) and cable TV available and included in the price.
Across the street and around the corner: supermarket, bakery, drugstore, nightshop, ATM.
Fully renovated in 2005.
Available june 15th
Price: 327 € per month, guarantee 250€

Other people staying there are either stagiaires or students.
