Room/Apartment in a 4-storey house located on a quiet street between Place Jourdan and Park Cinquantenaire - details:

We are 4 young professionals looking to replace one of our friends leaving Brussels
Price: EUR 230/person + charges (approximately EUR 50/per person)
Location: The house is located close to Pl. Jourdan & between two parks (Cinquantenaire and Leopold) - good for jogging, in the heart of the EU institutions, 2 minutes walk to the Schuman metro station and 2 minutes to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants etc., and what is most important the street is very quiet, small, no cars, one way
The house has a big cellar with a washing machine and drying/ storage space it's clean, nice (has been renovated last year), big living room and fully equipped kitchen
has 4 floors, which means there are only 1-2 rooms + 1 bathroom / per floor
The room has a view at the garden (can be furnished with no additional charge - as our friend is leaving most of her furniture in Brussels)
