Hello, Together with a friend I am looking for a furnished appartment to rent in Ixelles (or Centre)

for two persons
with two (or three) bedrooms
with a common living room (or living kitchen)
max. € 1.000,-- rent p/m
for the period 1st of July 2005 until the first of January 2006
Preferably:
with small garden/balcony/terrace
close to a park
close to a metro station
