Subject: furnished room for rent

Looking for a non smoking vegetarian stagiaire (lady or gentleman) to rent a furnished room in my ground floor flat. Location: Woluwe st.Lambert, five minutes walk to métro Josephine Charlotte (three stops to Schuman). Very quiet street, room is well lit, own sink, and we share the rest of the flat: bathroom, living room with TV, kitchen corner, fridge, etc;price: 300 euros all included.
