Subject: Looking for a flat sharing for the next traineeship? Have a look at those pictures!

Nice and well decorated room (15sqm) in a big duplex (13sqm) with dish-washer, microwave, TV, video recorder,… and a big courtyard.
Possibility to use washing machine and dryer for an extra charge.

The flat is located in Forest (less than 30 min. to the EU area).
In the area: supermarket (30 meters down the street), laundry, phone shop with Internet and a lot of public transports.

Possibility to rent the room on a weekly (if you prefer to take the time to find “your” own flat) or a monthly basis according to availability (for the moment, rented till 30 September 2005).
Room available as from the 1st of October 2005.

Rent:
- by week= 125 € all charges included (guarantee: 200 €)
- by month= 370 € all charges included (guarantee: 450 €)
