Subject: Flat for rent - Ixelles (F. Cocq)

Hello dear stagiaires!

I work at DGT and I have an unfurnished flat for rent in Ixelles, Fernand Cocq square (close to Louise, Flagey, Porte de Namur and the very, very cool quartier Saint-Boniface , where I'm going to live now).

The flat was renovated in 2005 (fresh paint, new wood-looking vynil flooring). It's a very well-designed flat on the 4th floor of a modern building with elevator. It has:

- a big, bright living room overlooking the green square and town hall (no neigbours across, good for privacy ;-)
- a semi-separate sleeping corner
- a kitchen separated from the living room (so you can cook smelly stuff)
- a bathroom with sink, bath tub and bidet
- a separate wc
- an entrance hall with deep closets
- double glazing
- + a locked space in the basement (for hanging your bike)

The rent is 390 euros per month, plus a provision of 80 euros that cover water, heating and "concierge" costs.

The minimum rent is 3 months.
