Subject: Great houshare now available!

Housemate wanted to share nice, big, modernised house with 3 others, starting July!

The house is a fully renovated early 20th century town house, newly furnished. It has all mod cons, including Wifi internet access, and big common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen), 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and natural light, a garden and a terrace (very sunny), a guest room and a big cellar with a washing machine and drying space.

The room available on the 2d floor is cosy and light and is 18mē. It has wooden floors, two windows, a bed, a big cupboard and a private phone line.

The house is near the Madou and Arts Lois subway stations (both 5 minutes walk) , close to bus and trams, with plenty of shops around including banks, supermarkets, night shops and the best "Fritkot" in town. It is 15 minutes walk from Grand Place, Porte de Namur, the European Parliament or Rond Point Schuman.

The rent is 467.75 Euros a month plus charges (electricity, water, gaz, cable +/- 70 euros).

The ideal candidate will be open minded and easy going, reliable, non-smoking and gay friendly. Long term preferred.
