Subject: Houseshare conveniently located

We're looking for a fun but responsible person who would like to share our flat, preferably for a longer term.

The room (largely unfurnished) will be vacant from mid or end July and you will share the common spaces with 3 others. Our flat is conveniently located between Parc and Madou metro, and we have internet, phone, a terrace and a washing machine. Rent is 256.55 euro, monthly costs approximately 50 euro. Deposit 3 months.
