Nice and well decorated room (15sqm) in a big duplex (130sqm) with dish-washer, microwave, TV, video recorder,… and a big courtyard.

Possibility to use washing machine and dryer for an extra charge.

The flat is located in Forest (less than 30 min. to the EU area).
In the area: supermarket (30 meters down the street), laundry, phone shop with Internet and a lot of public transports (near “Gare du Midi”with Thalys and Eurostar).

Possibility to rent the room on a monthly- or on a weekly basis (if you prefer to take the time to find “your” own flat), according to availability.
Room available from 1st of October 2005 to Mid-April 2006.

Rent:
- by week= 125 € all charges included (deposit: 200 €)
- by month= 370 € all charges included (deposit: 450 €)

On request, I can already send you a copy of the contract (in French).
