Subject: Apartment/Room from 1st September in Brussels

Looking for a small apartment or room in Brussels, preferable in the are of Ixelles, Etternbeck, Centre, or Woluwe from 1 September.
The apartment/room should costs not more than 500 Euros warm.

More desired details:
-equipped kitchen
- balcony
- wooden floors(I love this old houses with high ceilings)

I would be also interested in sharing a flat or house.
