Subject: CO-HOUSING from 1st August

I live with a friend in a beautiful house, big, quiet and bright, with a big garden (with barbecue!) and all the facilities (TV, micro-wave, equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc) and we are looking for a third person to share the house with us.
He/she will have an independent bathroom and have access to the house and garden, as co-renter.
The house is really nice and nicely furnished with a special atmosphere. It is located in Laeken. With the metro station BOCKSTAEL in the street, you can be downtown in 10 minutes.
We ask for 450 euros all included for a period of 12 months or less, according to your needs.
