The flat is in a clean and very safe building, 6th floor with great view, a big bedroom/living room with 1 single bed and a two places sofa bed, TV,STEREO-CD, kitchen fully equiped, bathroom. The building has coin washing machines and dryer and concierge.

The flat is located very close to Schuman area and European Institutions. Just 100 mt from Merode metro station and bus stop (80, 22, 27) in front of the building.
