Subject: room in shared flat available from October 1st

Nice and well decorated room (15sqm) in a completely furnished duplex (130sqm) with dish-washer, microwave, TV, video recorder,… and a big courtyard.

Possibility to use washing machine and dryer for an extra charge.

The flat is located in Forest (less than 30 min. to the EU area).
In the area: supermarket AD DELHAIZE (30 meters down the street), a LIDL (8 min. walk), a laundry and a phone shop with Internet around the corner (1 min. walk!), and a lot of public transports (not far from “Gare du Midi”with Thalys and Eurostar).

Possibility to rent the room on a monthly- or on a weekly basis (if you prefer to take the time to find “your” own flat), according to availability.
Room available from 1st of October 2005 to April/May 2006 (when I’ll move myself).

Rent:
- by week= 125 € all charges included (deposit: 200 €)
- by month= 370 € all charges included (deposit: 450 €), eventually a bit negotiable.

On request, I can already send you a copy of the contract (in French).

Please note that I’m on holiday (from 1 to 15 August), but in Brussels so visits are possible.
