Subject: Big and nice furnished room to rent from 1st October

Nice and bright room (15sqm) in a completely furnished duplex (130sqm, 1st floor + basement) with courtyard.

Your room (the best one in the flat!) is located on the 1st floor. I sleep in the basement.
To share: fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, table and chairs,…), living room with TV & video recorder and dining room.
The bathroom with sink and toilet is almost only for you (I have a shower and toilet in the basement).
Possibility to use washing machine and dryer for an extra charge.

The flat is located in Forest, rue Berthelot (less than 30 min. to the EU area).
In walking distance: supermarket AD DELHAIZE (less than 1 min.!!!), cheap supermarket LIDL (10 min. walk), laundry (less than 1 min.!) and phone shop with Internet (also less than 1 min.!), and a lot of public transports (not far from “Gare du Midi”with Thalys and Eurostar): 1 min. or 5 min. walk.

Possibility to rent the room on a monthly or - according on availability - on a weekly basis (if you prefer to take the time to find “your” own flat).
Room available from 1st of October 2005 to April/May 2006 (when I’ll move myself).

Rent:
- by week= 120 € all charges included (deposit: 200 €)
- by month= 370 € all charges included (deposit: 450 €).

On request, I can already send you a copy of the contract (in French).
