I know for a fact that richard does get the winners ahead of time at certain pageants, and i think that is where he gets his choices from, And I dont think it is far about the requirements to get PCA cause some of the pageants he does shoot do not even offer Pro-am I think every photographer at every pageant should have a PCA JMO
