 The new Catfish Queens were basically appointed. In other words the pageant was f**ed and r***ed. Teen is Amanda Dempster (daughter of the pageant director) and Miss is Rachel Held (the girlfriend of the festival/pageant director's son). Congratulations.. whoop dee doo....
