Subject: MTN'S..BG'S..CURRENCIES++

Greetings..
We work directly with our private buyer and a Securities Desk Operator..
This is the only people we use for MTN's and BG's and more because we can
not find any better buyers in this business.
Once they have received all the needed documents from us..
1. CIS
2. FULL PAGE COPY OF COLOR PASSPORT
3. ISIN / CUSIP NUMBERS WERE NEEDED
4. CUSTOTIAL SKR..At some point
5. CLEAR SCREEN SHOT OF NOTE(S)
6. ANY OTHER NEEDED / REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION
They will verifiy that the note is REAL...Once he has done this..They will decide if
they will take down the note or not..This can be done in a matter of hour's.
If the seller request an FPA,CIS and Color Passport..NO Problem.
After that the seller will need to send the invoice and then the buyer can place the purchase
ticket at which point they would place a call to the seller and the seller places the sell tickets
and the transaction is finalized.
WE know that there are different procedures that people seem to use..but..this seem to be
the most typical method used..As long as they recieve the scree print with the needed numbers they will beable to get started..NOW.
We always ask for full discloser..WHY..Because we know and gurantee that we will not shop
your information or post it anywhere..EVER.
The client(s) information and document(s) will always go directly to our buyer(s) and if they feel that for whatever reason the deal can not be done..All of the information
will be 100% returned. If the above procedure will work for you or your client(s)..Please
contact us..ASAP.
ALSO..
We are next to a great USD Provider as well as a great EURO Provider and JPY Provider.
If you have a contract for any of the above..Big or Small Contracts Welcomed..Send us
a copy of the contract and the procedures and we will let you know what we can do.
