To delete all of the cache files, you can use the following code--the trick is to figure out how to run it periodically!

<php
require_once "/your/path/to/carp.php";
CarpClearCache(0);
CarpClearCache(1);
CarpClearCache(2);
?>

I'd suggest putting this code into a file by itself and uploading it to your webserver. Then, either load it in your browser periodically, or figure out a way to set up a cron job to periodically load it via HTTP somehow.
